SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for shipping.

Please note that during peak periods, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING TIME

We offer worldwide shipping, including the United States and the European Union.

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs processing times, and local courier services.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, unless otherwise stated (for example, during promotional offers such as free shipping campaigns).


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


DELAYS

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

  • International logistics disruptions

MooGo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the shipment reaches the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price, unless otherwise required by applicable law (including mandatory consumer protection laws in the European Union).


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

MooGo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

MooGo is responsible for items lost or damaged during transit in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

However, we are not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier to the address provided but are reported as lost or stolen afterward.
