RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MooGo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return subject to the terms below.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

  • Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation

  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt)

Returns must be authorized by MooGo before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for completing the return process.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@moogo.store with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us at info@moogo.store before the 14-day period expires.

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a premium or non-standard delivery option).

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required.

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@moogo.store.
